Dr Shimul graduated medicine in Bangladesh in 2005 where she worked as a General Practitioner for many years.
She migrated to Australia and commenced working as a doctor in 2016.
Dr Shimul worked across rural Victoria for Barwon Health at various hospitals including Geelong and Colac.
She has also worked in Gippsland at LRH in mental health, ED and rehabilitation.
Dr Shimul then went on to work as a GP in Horsham for several years before relocating to the south east of Melbourne.
She has a keen interest in Women’s Health, Mental Health, Geriatrics and Men’s Health. She enjoys treating a variety and broad range of patients.
Dr Shimul enjoys travelling, fishing and time with family.
